Her interest in healthcare also began at a young age. When her brother’s teammate broke his wrist during a baseball game, Dr. Schmitz’s instinct was to run right onto the field and help. That early experience helped spark an interest in caring for others that would eventually lead her to a career in healthcare and chiropractic.

In the clinic, Dr. Schmitz is known for her straightforward approach. She believes patients should have a clear understanding of where they are, what they’re working toward, and how their care can support those goals.
